My name is David Holt, and I am Beagle Home Inspections, LLC’s home inspector. I founded this business with customer service in mind, and you can rest assured that your concerns will be at the front of my mind throughout the home inspection. I will be there to guide you through the home buying process, offering an unbiased report on the home, answering all of your questions, and providing you with the information you’ll need to choose a home that will meet your needs for years to come. Over A Decade of Construction and Remodeling Experience
I have loved this industry since high school, when I began my career working construction and remodeling. Over the past 10 years, I have worked in general residential construction, custom home construction, remodeling, basement finishing, and I maintained 132 apartments. I have seen a lot of improper building and repair techniques throughout my career and will stop at nothing to ensure that my customers aren’t caught by surprise by these types of issues.
Calm, Caring, and Detail-Oriented
In addition to my construction career, I concurrently worked as a nurse for 20 years. This experience taught me invaluable skills that I use today with my home inspection clients, such as the ability to talk calmly about potentially serious issues. I approach each home as if it is patient to be diagnosed, and I look forward to explaining my findings with you with integrity, giving you information that you can put to use.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, children, grandchildren, and beagles. I love the outdoors and activities such as hiking, camping, and completing long course triathlons. My love for the home buying and building industry is never far from my mind, and I often use my free time to help my friends and neighbors tackle their home repair projects.
